At Aivine Kelstique C.I.C., we empower children by fostering real ownership of their growth, both on and off the pitch. We encourage young people to take the lead during football, voice their ideas in workshops, and set personal goals in mentoring sessions. Our approach is about listening, involving, and trusting them in their journey. By recognising their strengths, validating their experiences, and giving them space to make choices, we nurture a culture of confidence and self-worth. Empowerment is more than just teaching, it’s about helping children discover their unique potential, build resilience, and develop the character they need to thrive, qualities that last far beyond our sessions. 

Inspire

At Aivine Kelstique C.I.C., we inspire children by showing them what’s possible. Many of the young people we work with have never seen someone who looks like them and come from the same environment succeed in sport or leadership. We are working to change that mind set by creating an environment where they can dream. Our coaches and mentors lead by example, sharing real-life stories of challenge and perseverance. We celebrate every achievement big or small to show that progress matters. By creating an uplifting environment filled with encouragement, positive role models, and peer support, we spark ambition and imagination. Children begin to dream bigger, set goals, and see value in their own potential. Inspiration isn’t just about motivation; it’s about creating moments that shift how they see themselves and their future. We help them believe they can. 

Inclusion

At Aivine Kelstique C.I.C., inclusion means every child feels they belong no matter their background, ability, or experience. From the first session, we create a welcoming space where differences are respected, and support is tailored to individual needs. We remove barriers by offering free access, providing equipment, and adapting activities so no one is left out. Children are involved in group decisions, encouraged to help shape activities, and given equal voice during sessions. Our team actively builds trust and ensures quieter or less confident children are just as engaged. Inclusion isn’t an add-on it’s at the heart of everything we do.
