At Aivine Kelstique C.I.C., our mission is to deliver practical, Empowering, Inclusive, Inspiring and impactful programmes that meet the real needs of children and young people from underserved backgrounds in Glasgow area. We exist to provide more than just activities, we offer meaningful experiences that build confidence, encourage emotional wellbeing, and teach vital life skills.
Our work is focused on three main pillars: football coaching, life skills education, and mentorship. Through structured weekly sessions and consistent support, we create opportunities for young people aged 5–18 to learn, grow, and express themselves in a space where they feel respected, valued, and safe. We recognise that many of our participants face challenges that go beyond the playing field whether due to financial hardship, social inequality, or lack of supporting systems we respond with empathy, energy, and accountability.
We will be working closely with families, schools, and local organisations to ensure our services are well-integrated and accessible to those who need them most. We believe in early intervention, preventative approaches, and community led delivery to ensure that what we offer is shaped by those who benefit from it. Our coaches and mentors are trained not only in sport, but in safeguarding, trauma-awareness, and youth engagement.
Our mission is grounded in action. Every session, every conversation, and every partnership is an opportunity to build trust, raise aspirations, and equip young people with tools they can use throughout life. We don’t just run programmes, we create purpose, support growth, and stand alongside young people as they build the futures they deserve.
